“Let’s start from the gym that opens at 10 am then not to mention that nobody solves anything even if you have a problem. Because it’s owned by management forget about bringing someone from outside, that’s not the worst case because their maintenance team either won’t show up or even if they do they never get the job done, The apartment started having cracks from inside so the studio I was renting started to crack, thanks God it didn’t fall apart. The management only needs your cheques and then the force of universe will be with you so before you move in, learn how to pray.”

“If this were the last residential building in the UAE, I’d still recommend sleeping in your car instead. you pay full rent for an apartment, but using the facilities is apparently considered an optional bonus. four months, the facilities are still unavailable, and the only thing that works perfectly is the endless stream of promises that “the issue will be solved soon.” And of course, the management and customer service are completely useless.”

“The pictures that you see are from 105 apartment, there is a leakage coming from the apartment above and I had to live like that for 8 months. Calling the maintenance is a joke, first they will tell you that you will pay for the damage before they get to solution which never happened, all you get are excuses and never a solution. You book for maintenance, forget it they are never on time or never there. Hisandy is the company that manages and they will take your money first then inshallah later. If you are a morning gym person, forget about it, they open the gym at 10 am because there are apartments next to the gym plus the security comes often to tell you not to make noise because obviously you will wake people up. There is Always cockroaches in the hall which means if you don’t complain they will never bring the inspection let’s not talk about the big rats that gets on your way to the parking. God be with you if you ever get an appointment from these people only if you have someone in Dubai Municipalities.”

“Very Poor Facility Management – Issue Unresolved for Over 2 Months I am extremely disappointed with the facility management and customer care service in this tower. For more than two months, I have been repeatedly following up regarding a serious maintenance issue in my apartment. As of today, two bathrooms are completely out of service, which makes the apartment partially unusable for my family. Timeline of the issue: • Complaint raised more than 2 months ago • Multiple emails and phone calls made to customer care • Several promises of “We will update you” • No repair, no timeline, and no proper response Even more concerning, the customer care team refuses to connect me with a manager or responsible person who can actually resolve the problem. Every time I follow up, the same response is repeated without any action. Leaving a tenant with two non-functional bathrooms for over two months is completely unacceptable and shows poor management, lack of accountability, and very weak customer service. Due to the continuous delays and lack of transparency, the matter has already been escalated to the relevant authorities including Dubai Municipality and Real Estate Regulatory Agency under Dubai Land Department. I strongly advise the management to address this issue immediately and start taking residents’ complaints seriously. ⭐ Rating: 1/5 – Very disappointing experience.”
