“Absolutely loved this place. Was tenant for 3 years in this building. Building layouts are fantastic from inside, quite spacious and very well planned and structured with high quality furnishings. The management attitude is highly professional and they are responsive in resolving any maintenance issues quickly. I will particularly mention Zeeshan, Arshad and also, Tara from Security team who supported all along the way to support us in our entire tenancy period. Our security deposit returning process was quite smooth and well managed.”

“Just want to aware when you are leaving the appartment they will deduct unnecessary money from your deposit. I lived in dubai for last 8year and lived in 4 different building but at the end I feel management of sawan residence are unreasonable”

“Management is not supportive, rude , be careful on your security deposit, no matter how clean you leave the apartment, they deduct major portion from your security deposit.”

“It's a very flood area with a gym and a swimming pool both are on the last floor floor 14 and the view is incredible from up there and there are kids playing in the playground they play football and they shoot hard so beware of them but and because of the strong winds at night the green plastic thing on top of the shed is torn other than that it is a great place”

“Good clean apartment building.. Good amount of space in 2 BHK home.. Staff services needs improvement as if any repair work is to be done, its done after 3-4 follow-ups.. Nice location, easily accessible to highway and nearby supermarkets.. Easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road. Due to construction of Villas behind the apartment the area is bit noisy but it will be peaceful in next 4-5 months as Villa construction is almost on the verge of completion..”
