“Things are really getting bad in this building. No swimming pool, no gym (electricity shut off), no guest parking, frequent fire alarm pulls. The nearest beach which used to be walkable is closed now. There are zero amenities left. The street has also been under heavy , messy construction for over a year Buyers & renters beware 😵”

“To be honest, poor maintenance on everything. They ask for more money than is reasonable. AC broken for a whole year. Car parking is all damaged. There is no guest parking. There is no sports club. There is no pool.”

“The building maintenance team are not cooperative nor helpful they just asking for money for everything they do and they said don't tell the security of the building, 150 dh just to clean the AC with water and other company they will do it for 80 or 70 dh. I had to bring someone from a other company to resolve the issue, the building maintenance are causing issues for the guy i brought. And the AC problem 24c in summer they must find a solution for that.”

“The worst building ever. At this heat they don’t even have AC in the building entrance. Building is so smelly and so dirty.. they can’t even invest money to repair the wholes in front of the building or paint the walls..”
