“Two years of occupation of Marina Pinnacle have produced a strongly positive impression, particularly of Tower A facing the water. After a decade of living in various Marina and JBR locations this site ranks as the most convenient. Taxis wait immediately outside, the tram is a five-minute visible walk and the metro is ten minutes away. Leading beach clubs such as Barasti and Zero Gravity, together with Skydive Dubai, lie within walking distance. Exit from the building places one directly on Marina Walk. More than four supermarkets and four pharmacies surround the tower; dry-cleaning and salons are located inside. Amenities include four pools, a jacuzzi, sauna, large gym and virtually every other facility one might expect. Security is strict—an arrangement regarded as beneficial for controlling unwanted visitors. Rents remain comparatively low. (Positives: Location is the best ever in Marina. Negatives: Security is too strict but hey thats good too.)”
