“Issues with equipment in gym all the time as it's the cheapest possible equipment. Every time after rain there is mold forming and walls become yellow and they crumble on multiple locations in the apartment. Every year for last 3 years, you have to call them to fix cracks in the wall and crumbling wall areas. Same this year, cracks on so many places in the apartment. Literally 10-15 spots in a studio apartment every year. Update for summer and autumn 2025. So far the Swimming Pool has been closed since June 2025, now is end of February...”

“This building has been a very disappointing experience. The customer service is extremely poor — management is unresponsive and doesn’t address residents’ concerns. The swimming pool has been under “maintenance” for more than three months and is still not fixed. The gym has also been closed for over two months with no clear timeline for reopening. Residents pay high fees but the basic facilities are not available or maintained properly. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.”

“I'm extremely disappointed with the building services. The air conditioning keeps breaking down every few days, and the management is completely unresponsive. We've had to sleep in temperatures of 28°C for days before they finally respond. This level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend living here at all.”

“Not recommend it ...the building still new but full of cockroach in corridors ....the water pipe exploded 2 times in one year in tow different places ...maintenance is paid and come after so many calls ....”
