“I have been living in Al Waleed Paradise, JLT, and my experience has been very positive. The building is well-maintained, clean, and offers a comfortable living environment for both families and professionals. The management team does a good job of keeping the common areas neat, and any maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. One of the biggest advantages of living here is the excellent location. The building is close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and public transport, making daily life very convenient. It also offers easy access to major roads and nearby metro stations, which is a great benefit for commuters. The security staff are professional, friendly, and always attentive. They greet residents with respect and ensure the building remains safe and secure at all times. Their dedication adds to the overall sense of comfort and peace of mind. The facilities are well maintained, and the building provides a pleasant atmosphere with clean corridors, reliable elevators, and good parking arrangements. The community is peaceful, and the neighbors are respectful, making it an enjoyable place to live. Overall, I highly recommend Al Waleed Paradise to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and conveniently located home in JLT. It offers excellent value for money, a welcoming environment, and a quality living experience. I am happy to call this building my home.”

“This tower is amazing! They changed management and security, always so clean and quiet inside. Cluster is quiet. Fantastic pool and gym on the rooftop with full Marina View! Next to the metro! Also next to pizza, sushi and coffee restaurant, very convenient when you don’t want to cook or have guest! This tower is highly recommend 👍”
