“Recommendation of this building is withheld. The period of residence proved highly unsatisfactory. Upkeep is inadequate; on departure charges were levied for items that properly fall under routine maintenance. Administrative staff fail to respond. The security deposit was retained and additional unjustified charges were imposed, with no avenue available for escalation within the management structure. (Positives: Big area.)”
