“We spent 2 years in Al-burooj building, while overall building and location is good. But the quite a frustrating experience with the staff Mr. Haseeb and the handling of security deposit. It’s disappointing when the staff isn't professional and responsive, especially after a long tenancy. Concerns about how things were handled during our exit, particularly with the lack of clarity around the damage reports old signed and new report. Higher management team or property owner needs to involve in this kind of issues and pay attention to those staff who are not performing the job accordingly including the concerns about the damage report discrepancies and the lack of communication from Mr. Hase…”

“Horrible staff. Money hungry. Greedy. Creating new rules every day. Don’t know how to communicate. Very unprofessional and unprepared. Happy to leave the place. Very sad that everything ended like this.”
