“It is the most pathetic management and building I have ever stayed in my 7 years of time in Dubai. The management is highly unprofessional and even after cancellation of the contract and providing them with full 2 months penalty for early termination they still did not return my cheques and instead deposited it in the band for clearance and later when asked they said it was a confusion from their side and forgot. I am still trying to get my cheques back. They are fraud and ensure you have sleepless nights when you leave the building and try everything to get as much money from you as possible. Do not rent any apartment in any of their buildings”
