From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“We have lived here for 3 years and this is our last year, very terrible management! Over these 3 years the windows have not been washed, the air conditioning on the floor is turned off - they save money this way, prices increase every year! The air conditioning in the apartment works poorly, and recently cockroaches have appeared! Dirty pool!”
