“Good stay overall. The apartments are clean and tidy. There is some construction going on nearby, which is slightly concerning but won’t affect your stay as much. The swimming pool and gym is a bit small but well maintained. The lifeguard brother Rohan is very helpful and friendly. Good to have him around. Even the guards are nice and helpful.”

“I had the opportunity to stay /unit -211 in 151 residance at this hotel with my family and found the location and surrounding views to be exceptionally calm and pleasant...and enjoyed a lot. Throughout my stay, the staff displayed a consistently high standard of professionalism and courtesy. I would like to specifically commend Ms. Ashini and Ms. Angrelic for their excellent service . I also met Mr. Ric, the manager, who was highly supportive and responded promptly to all requests. The room was well organized, immaculately clean, and properly maintained. I would also like to acknowledge the technician, Mr. Ritesh, and the building security personnel, Mr. Shamshad, for their valuable assistance with parking, food deliveries, and housekeeping-related support. The overall environment of the property is very peaceful, and the presence of a park and play area behind the building added to the relaxing experience. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable, and I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided.”

“I’ve been staying in 151 Residence while the apartment itself is decent, I want to share my personal experience for potential tenants. There is major construction activity ongoing around the building that results in noticeable noise night and day, dust and traffic disruptions. This is not short term situation. From what I can see, this seems to be part of a long term development in the area. Because of these conditions, I personally find that the living environment is less peaceful than I expected and in my opinion, the property may not provide the same value for money as other options in Dubai that are away from heavy construction zones. If you are considering renting here (short term or long term) I strongly recommend checking the surrounding area to experience the noise, dust levels and traffic inconvenience for yourself before making a decision and committing to a contract. I’m editing the review to mention that I’ve noticed in last few night’s the construction opposite the building has stopped work at nights.”

“Successful location between the metro and beach, if you don't mind walking. To the beautiful La Mer beach is a 25-30 minute walk, to the metro 10-15 minutes. In 2-3 minutes there's a supermarket and an inexpensive cafe, everything is great! The reception desk is practically not a problem, if you don't nitpick over trifles.”
