What one reviewer said

“Apartment size is great, very spacious for families but the kitchen is extremely small and lacks cupboard space. Walls are so thin, you can hear everything that your neighbor does from flushing toilets, dropping things on the floor, having their private intimate time, vacuuming, moving furnitures, small hammering/drilling, literally everything. Security super friendly and helpful. Balcony size is great.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Good place, fine maintenance, swimming pool and children play area, family community, more than s year here and lesser complaints. Good location, not far from metro and Satwa bazaar, less noisy. Green trees recently planted outside”
