“I’ve been living in this building and the reality is extremely disappointing. The noise from outside construction, traffic, and even normal cars driving by is heard clearly inside the apartment at all times. The windows have absolutely no sound insulation, not even 1%. It genuinely feels like they’re open even when fully closed. The noise is literally 24/7, making it nearly impossible to rest or have any peace at home. Management keeps claiming the windows have insulation and even sends “construction certificates” and documents to prove it — but honestly, it means nothing in reality. Whatever they’re showing on paper does not match what we are experiencing. It’s just empty talk with no act…”

“The worst place i ever lived in For beginning the sound of construction never stops day and night The guy from management is a nosey person he bothers every guest we have in our home and he's so rude and disrespectful i wouldn't wish this stay on my worst enemy”

“I’ve been living in this building and the reality is extremely disappointing. Whatever they’re showing on paper does not match what we are experiencing. It’s just empty talk with no actual results. Anyone reading older reviews saying this building is quiet or well-built should know those reviews are based on previous years. Now that the area is active and busy, the building’s flaws are impossible to hide. The extremely poor window quality and lack of proper glazing make the place unlivable for anyone who values basic quiet. I would not recommend living here unless management seriously upgrades the sound insulation and stops relying on paperwork instead of real fixes.”
