“A Horrible Experience with the Day Shift Security Guard I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with Security ETHASHAM. As a guest in a flat on the first floor, I expected a basic level of respect and courtesy. Instead, I was met with rudeness and disdain. The worst part was when he insulted me simply because I wanted to use the common washroom in the lobby area, which I had seen others using. When I requested to use it, Security ETHASHAM told me it was reserved for families, not individuals. I couldn't understand his unreasonable response. Why is it only for families? Why should a guest from the same building be denied access, while outside guests are not questioned? When I pointed this…”

“A Horrible Experience with the Day Shift Security Guard I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with Security ETHASHAM. As a guest in a flat on the first floor, I expected a basic level of respect and courtesy. Instead, I was met with rudeness and disdain. The worst part was when he insulted me simply because I wanted to use the common washroom in the lobby area, which I had seen others using. When I requested to use it, Security ETHASHAM told me it was reserved for families, not individuals. I couldn't understand his unreasonable response. Why is it only for families? Why should a guest from the same building be denied access, while outside guests are not questioned? When I pointed this out to him, he responded, “It’s not your father’s building,” implying he had some sort of ownership or authority over the property. It was shocking to witness such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy, especially in how he treated a guest. His attitude was confrontational and threatening, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s troubling that someone in charge of security and safety could behave this way. His actions were not only unprofessional but also reflected poorly on the entire establishment. It’s a shame that Afnan Building has such an uneducated security guard. I hope management addresses this issue so that guests are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.”

“Full of cockroaches. Unnecessary deduction from the deposit. Before moving do a thorough inspection and send them an email of damaged things along with video and pics. Don't rely on any verbal promises. They do provide free pest control but its of no use.”

“It's my house for 5 years. Amazing place cause shops are all around the corner. Lovely👌🏻!”
