“Unfortunately, my experience with Al Noor Building in Jumeirah Garden City has been very disappointing. The management is unprofessional, uncooperative, and their communication lacks courtesy and respect. Getting assistance is difficult, and residents are not treated with the level of service they deserve. Another major issue is the parking management. In my experience, parking spaces are allocated unfairly. Even parking intended for People of Determination (POD card holders) appears to be assigned to more residents than the available capacity, creating unnecessary inconvenience and making it difficult to find a designated space when needed. I honestly can’t wait for my tenancy contract to end so I can move out. I hope the management improves its customer service, treats residents with more respect, and manages parking in a fair and organized manner.”

“Living here for almost six years has been a great experience. The management does an excellent job maintaining the property, the common areas are always spotless, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. The building is safe, quiet, and offers a comfortable community atmosphere the staff is always polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.”
