“Nice building with secured access, swimming pool and gym. Very near to Emirates tower metro station and Shaikh Zayed road. Calm and quite area, Majids nearby within 5 min walk, super market within 5 min walk and other daily needs are also nearby. I have e reduced rating from 5 to 2 because of my bad experience with SBK Real estate who are property managers. They are all my security deposit after saying 1750 out of 2900 Dhm will be paid. Maintenance deduction of 1250 was unreasonable as most of the items listed were not needed to be replaced / attended by maintenance team of SBK. Maintenance report was not prepared before my vacation of property. So it is intentional to eat the Security deposit in the name of maintenance charges.”

“Very clean with very nice interior tile and wood selections. Bedrooms layouts are very good and are bigger than many other buildings in Jumeira Garden City.”
