“When I Visit Q1 Residence building.. I Seen This building awesome Looks Neat Maintain also Cleaning is Very Nicely And impressive.. Also This building maintenance team Doing work Very Quickly.. It I Have Any Kinds of issues they Will Come This building Immediately. So Thank You Sbk Management. Also I Appreciate to This building security staff Mr Zawed he's very nice person.”

“just previous weeks arrived in q1 Residence building with My families here i feel better then Other building because here 24/7 Our building security is available if need any kinds of help that means he's ready to help..because very nice person mr zawed and very professional work Doing here so thanks Sbk And site Supervision that company people's who checking everything very neat maintained and good clean this our new building Location.”

“Very unsatisfied with security and maintenance, it now has been 3 days that it is 35C in my apartment, security is doing nothing to help organise AC maintenance and SBK maintenance team is horrible at communication”

“My New Apt Looking Very Nice Like 304 Because When Come to View Apt This Building I Seen All The Rooms And Kitchen area And Specially For The Room Inside Kobard is Very Spacious and Very Good Design 👍 so I'm Sharing my Very Good Experience about this Building facilities and Our new Building Staff Mr Zawed Security..He's Very Honest and Very Professional Work Doing here...He's Always Available in This Building 24/7..He's also Very Polite and very Positive about this Building maintenance and Management...so Overall I'm happy to Be Living here thank You Sbk Real estate...this Building deserves to Be 5 🌟Star.”
