“I was at Bellini Cafe next door and was waiting for my valet car in the heat, so I briefly stepped into the residence lobby to wait. I was told I could not wait there because it is a private residential building and was asked to go back to the cafe instead. I understand it is a private residence, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily cold and unwelcoming, especially with the weather being extremely hot. I’ve been to many high-end residences and hospitality spaces in Dubai, and I’ve never felt treated this way for simply waiting a few minutes. Very disappointing experience.”
