“the house is good maintained - the staff- maintenance & security, all feel like family ! If you have a problem they immediately come and try to fix it . The Marina is also lovely !! And If you live on Marina side I would give 5 STARS for the building - or at the 10th floor . The big problem are the Appartements on the street side -floor 6 -THE TRAFFIC NOISE is horrible, even when door close !! So loud that you can’t even have conversation , sitting outside no need to think about it !! No one is sitting outside you can’t use the Balkony & even inside is horrible. They need better glasses to serve the problem. & Only in Summer & Ramadan gets better for view days ….so sad for this nice buildin…”

“The building is clean, well maintained, and managed professionally. The staff are friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. “My family and I really enjoyed living for a couole of years in Residencia del Mar. Apart from the great location, the whole team - Security staff, Maintenance, House-keeping and Building Management - were very professional, always willing to go the extra mile to help and support us. A big shout-out to Ms Sweet Jane who was absolutely amazing.”

“Very bad management of building. Ahzad security guy name. Worst guy. No manners to talk. This guy thinks himself as the owner of the building. I will not recommend you all to stay here as the building management team is very rude.”

“I went with my family over here, over family friend lives over here. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing, in the evening one could sat over here and watch the sunset or the people on the marina, the night cruise too board from there. Beautiful place to live”
