“The management of this building has significant shortcomings. Their primary focus seems to be on exploiting the residents rather than providing quality service. I would strongly advise against purchasing an apartment in this building, as residents are not given the autonomy to make decisions regarding maintenance work in their own apartments. The management requires a substantial fee of 1200 dirhams (330$) for a permit if you wish to hire an external company for maintenance work. Additionally, they impose an exhaustive list of documents to be submitted before granting this permit. Understandably, most residents find this process too cumbersome and costly, leaving them with no other choice than to use the building's maintenance team. To make matters worse, the management does not provide timely information about these requirements, often waiting until the day the external maintenance team arrives to disclose this information. They also exert pressure on residents to fix issues promptly and threaten fines for not completing the work on time. These practices are highly unusual and not experienced by any of my acquaintances in other buildings across Dubai.”

“Horrible building. Perpetual maintenance issues. I am currently living the in the building, I have had a hole and leak in my bedroom for the last 3 months, and the building maintenance couldn't care less. The maintenance in the building is managed by Provis. It's been disappointing to find that my concerns have not been addressed promptly, and communication with this maintenance representative has been challenging. If you are considering renting an apartment in this building, exercise care with agents, some present themselves as brokers, but are unlicensed. Agent that I dealt with was associated with Everest Homes and was not licensed. I will never return to this building neither will I ever recommend anyone else to live here. One top of the issues I am facing already, the building is very old and the fitout is below average. Not worth the money I am paying here.”
