“More than two years living here and you can feel that the staff genuinely care about the residents. As a family, that matters more than anything. The team is always warm and welcoming with our kids, in the most natural and wholesome way. It's the kind of place where children feel safe and at ease. Mr. Tajul, who looks after our cleaning, is always thorough and cheerful, and he takes real pride in his work. We're lucky to have him! The maintenance team deserves a mention too: always responsive and reliable, the support that makes day-to-day living genuinely stress-free. One thing management could look at: the children's pool is a great feature, especially in the brutal Dubai summer, but it might deserve a bit more attention on cleanliness. All in all, OAKS Liwa Heights is a residence that punches well above its weight when it comes to hospitality and community feel. Would absolutely recommend it to families!”

“We had a great time at Oaks Liwa Heights. Apartment was clean, well maintained and had all the necessary Appliances. The furnitures are older than they look pictures but it isn‘t a problem because they are kept clean. Service was great as well and a lot of options for Restaurants close to the Location. Would definitely visit again.”

“I have benn staying at oaks liwa for 4 weeks, Apartment is specious and clean. All the frontdesk staffs are very helpful here. Mr. Jashim from housekeeping has been exceptionally good keeping the apartment in a very clean condition. I am loving my stay here at oaks liwa.”
