“Today I almost suffocated in the gym, the air conditioner is not working, my several requests were ignored, I do not recommend it, I believe the air conditioner was intentionally turned off to save money, also the air conditioner did not work where the toilet and shower are, the toilet smelled bad”

“I've been living here for two months. The building is clean and has no odors. The air conditioning works well and cools effectively. The garbage disposal area is always well-maintained. There's a supermarket on the first floor, so it's convenient to buy urgent items. It's good for buying heavy water bottles. There are many good restaurants nearby, so I enjoy them conveniently. The building itself is quiet, and I'm living well here so far.”

“The Maintainance of this building is just awful. Pipes are rotten, there is a constant smell in the toilets and their solution is to let the water run rather than checking the pipes. Lifts suddenly stops working. ACs don’t work properly. The building has just become too old and Maintainance team does not know how to manage it.”
