“Only five storeys high and served by two lifts…”

“The building is excellent and its position is equally strong. The outstanding characteristic is that every unit is larger than the majority of apartments found in Marina. One-bedroom flats contain two bathrooms and range between 900 and 1 000 square feet; two-bedroom flats likewise contain two bathrooms and measure 1 150–1 250 square feet. Only five storeys high and served by two lifts, waiting times remain short. Gym and pool facilities are adequate. Value for money is high and proximity to the tram, metro, beach and Marina Mall is convenient. (Positives: Value for Money.)”
