“Its not so bad, AC was not working for a month but management were responsive and fixed it soon. The lift is not crowded at all even in peak hours. Rats in the ceiling but only in the common corridors, didn't bother us too much.”

“Rats are freely roaming in the corridors of building and inside apartments also… its been months and management is not doing anything … In no time there will be more rats than humans in this building”

“watch the security and cleaners. im asking for extra parking but they will ask 300 to give extra parking. Then i want to pay the parking they said not available. there giving extra parking to others and getting extra money but the tenant staying in the building they doesnt want to give because theyre asking 300 but the extra parking only 200.”

“Worst management, there are 3 lifts, 1 most of the time not working, sometime the other one also not working, the gym and swimming pool are closed, there was a mouse in the corridor, things get fixed when they get fixed, no sorry , not anyone's problem but the tenants and their guests”

“Wow, Al Hassani Tower, what a gem of a building! Its stale and lackluster atmosphere really sets it apart from all the other vibrant and lively buildings in the area. And the way it hides its entrance like it's ashamed of itself? Pure genius! Who needs a grand entrance when you can have a modest and unassuming one, right? Overall, if you're looking for a dull and uninspiring experience, Al Hassani Tower is the place to be.”

“Absolutely horrible building management, The supervisor will reject your calls the managers will do the same , the security guys dont have a clue. There is a leakage and and water keeps leaking in the bedroom . Nobody cares . This building is like 1950s from inside everything is broken here . But the building management and maintenance are bunch of lazy losers”

“No maintenance, so dont depend on that So many people will be living in the apartment more like a labor camp rather than a clean place to live in the smell of the building when you enter is never forgotten, smells horrible, forget about cleaning and never take the staircase, you will probably throw up from the odor, smell, garbage all over. You see cockroaches for so many times on the floor and in the garbage room its a nightmare when it is blocked and no one cleans it.”
