“Way back 2021 this building was more organize and clean. But i guess this time they change the management, too crowded, specially the residential area. The smell of the garabage in the lobby area are not good.”

“The dirtiest building in UAE is the one where you have to wait at least thirty minutes for the elevators, whether you want to go up or down. It's been like this for the last four years. The management should be ashamed.”

“The worst office building in TECOM. I rented an office here for three years only because of the low price and convenient location. But during all this time there was a constant awful smell from the garbage chute, lots of trash lying around the building, and almost no lighting in the parking area. The biggest disappointment came after the lease ended: they kept delaying the return of my deposit for six months and finally refused to give it back, saying they had to clean after us — even though we moved in without any fit-out and renovated the place at our own expense. This is pure nonsense. Definitely do not recommend this building for anything”

“Worst experience ever.poor maintain. Kitchen sink was clogging and asked them to maintain and they where not responding to that. Even they don’t pick up the call.one of my amazon delivery package was missing and the security was very rude to me and was not at all ready to check the cctv visuals. The security is so pathetic.also the place is too much crowded and we have to wait for lift for atleast 30 minutes. The authorities just loot our money and are very much irresponsible. Worst experience ever”
