“MINC Apartment is a reasonable option if you're looking for affordable accommodation in Barsha Heights. If you're on a budget, this building can be a good choice. However, if your budget allows, you may want to explore other buildings in the area with better facilities and maintenance. The main issues are related to maintenance and cleanliness. There are occasional water leakage problems, and the floors and elevators are not always kept clean. On the positive side, the waiting time for the elevators is much shorter compared to many nearby apartment buildings. I also get a parking space at a reasonable price, which is a big advantage considering the parking costs in Barsha Heights. My suggestion to the management is to improve the overall cleanliness of the building, address maintenance issues more promptly, and pay greater attention to safety measures. Although there are signs asking residents not to throw cigarette butts, some people still ignore them, which affects the cleanliness and safety of the property. Overall, it's a decent budget-friendly option, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and cleanliness.”

“all partitions with un healthy and al the way cockroaches, can't even sit on the toilets. Dubai municipality should have to must inspect otherwise rest of the people will die and will get new fungal infection and bacterial sick will spread in this area.”

“Dubai municipality is not taking responsibility to inspect building in Tecom , all filled with partations , water leakage , lifts makes waiting long time with just 14 floors ? Safety is zero in terms of health and safety , rodents , insects & cockroaches all Avilable friendly. Don’t see any fire extinguishers in kitchen management neglect can’t take care of tenants .”
