“Absolutely horrible management and maintenance of the building. For getting a single work done you have to keep requesting and it falls on deaf ears no matter how serious it is. The maintenance guys cut shortcuts and do patch up work and the manager just keeps dodging calls and no one hears the plight of the tenants. The emergency contact for issues at night do not pick up the calls and the management does nothing even after multiple complaints. Pathetic management!”

“Absolutely horrible condition of building, management is very loose and does not care about tenant complaints. My kitchen chimney has gone kaput since 3 weeks, multiple complaints with zero effect. None of the Dubai values and principles apply to the building's management. A strict no no while considering to move here!”

“lived here for years, I do not recommend this place. I thought I would like to give this place a chance but the management is not good, not considerate, they do not listen to their tenant's. Units are not maintained, had a problem with their a/c, etc. Take note this is a quite old apartment compared to other buildings surrounding the area, but the price they ask for the rent is high! The security are racist as well, we had a bad experience from the security, very judgmental. Hope the higher management take note of this one.”

“I gave 1 because i cant give ZERO, Very bad building, very poor communication with the building management, very bad maintenance, not recommended to rent in this building. Or any building with the same management company”

“Do not recommend living in this building, worst building for residence. The apartments have humidity, the air conditioning does not work well and maintenance work is the worst possible and building management is the worst management in dealing with problems.”
