“Stayed here for 2 or more years. All bills inclusive flats, well maintained, monthly payment options. Staff is polite, everything is on point. Old gym but that's fine.”

“Proceed with Caution: Mixed Experience at Miknas Plaza, Barsha Heights Pros: - Impeccably maintained building - Generally supportive staff (with few exceptions) - Convenient building management app for maintenance - Well-coordinated and organized operations - Comprehensive check-in and check-out procedures for furnished apartments Cons: - Aging infrastructure - Outdated WC flushing system - Limited internet customization; fixed building-wide speed - Need to arrange own internet connection with minimal rent deduction - Internal staff receiving commissions for tenant referrals, potential conflict of interest - Experience of being misled by staff member, Sampat, and external service provider, Jaflia Gas, resulting in financial loss during move-out - Lack of accountability regarding gas cylinder charges deducted from security deposit - Suspected collusion between staff and service providers to exploit tenants While Miknas Plaza offers some conveniences, beware of potential malpractices and exercise caution before renting. My experience was marred by issues of transparency and trust.”
