“Terrible building — it’s falling apart, there are cockroaches everywhere, and in summer the AC barely works in 45°C heat. The air conditioner never goes below 25°C. It smells like sewage, there isn’t a single umbrella by the pool, and the whole building has only four sunbeds — all of them broken.”

“Do not rent a flat in this building — the maintenance is absolutely pathetic. Despite repeated emails, calls, and messages, the management never responds. It took them two months to replace my water heater, leaving me with cold showers during November and December. Most flats have seepage issues, and even after multiple complaints, no one bothered to fix them. The AC barely works; the team just cleans the filter and leaves. Out of frustration, I moved out two months before my lease ended. Ironically, they only replied instantly when it was about charging a penalty for a late lease notice. the agent demanded AED 1500 in cash, claiming it was for building maintenance, I emailed the building manager for confirmation, no response at all. Just stay away from this building. If anyone wants proofs of what I have written, please contact me.”

“Old and not maintained. Mould everywhere and 0 maintenance. Water from the taps smells like sewage. Once I came back from work and my whole house smelt like a public urinal. I checked and it came from the bathroom drain. Apparently the drain pipes get blocked and all you can do is flush like 15times for the stench to go. 🤢🤮. AC is not maintained and you wake up with soots of dust in your throat. Avoid if you care for your health and sanity.”

“Do not stay here! I lived here for over 6 years and the maintenance service reduced dramatically over the last 2 years forcing me to shift out. The maintenance asks for money for everything. I personally chnaged the shattaf and shower 3 times because maintenance kept putting in used ones that were already broken . They have also taken over 30 days to return my aecurity deposit with no response from Al Shahed Asset management ( gemstone group) and deducted 750 dhs for painting of a small 1 bhk flat ( when it was handed back in a better condition than what I received). The security and maintenance are also unreliable. No cctv cameras in the building and lots of mold everywhere. They sometimes switch off the hallway and lobby ac too !”
