“This photo taken down on Al asmawi building since the rain pour in Dubai so terrible the Electricity is off, no Aircondation! No water just darkness and very very hot inside. In addition to that the elevator not working! Very sad!”

“This photo taken down on Al asmawi building since the rain pour in Dubai so terrible the Electricity is off, no Aircondation! No water just darkness and very very hot inside. In addition to that the elevator not working! Very sad!”

“The building is quite old but has been well maintained. It lacks amenities such as a pool or gym, but the air conditioning works well. However, they deduct a substantial amount from your security deposit for minor issues like replacing fused bulbs, worn-out pipes, and standard rusting, among other things. They withhold 70% of the deposit to prepare the apartment for the next tenants. Their policies are rigid, and accessing their real estate office is challenging. Consider your security deposit gone :-)”

“I know this building is old. But please clean the water in the pool. It is used by adults and children. I saw one time something moving inside the pool.”

“GYM & Swimming Pool could be a health hazard so avoid them, security and maintenance is OK. Building is old and you can feel it in the light fitment and other furnishings. NOT bad and NOT the best”

“It is very well location and good tenants. Big balconies for each flat and good services. The only thing that the kitchen boards needs to be bigger and deeper and the water pressure needs to be more.”

“The budding itself is older but it is nice and slightly well maintained. The management robs you. They took money out of our deposit without informing us and never got our signature on the sheet. The things they charged us for were like that when we moved in. We have to file a complaint with RERA because of this unprofessional behavior. Beware and check your papers and don't trust”
