“Unsatisfactory experience. Additional fees are required to get a parking space or the maintenance , while no clear solutions are provided to residents. I feel that the way they handle the situation is more focused on collecting fees rather than making things easier for residents.”

“Living here for the second year. The apartment here is spacious. And most importantly, the kitchen is separate from the rest of the apartment. This is rare in Dubai. That's a separate plus for this.”

“No water after 9pm. Always having problem with water! They always says 5 mins until its 2 am just the water came and its always like that. no warning no posting that there water interuption.”

“Maintenance is the main problem of this building. It may look okay on the outside, but the inside is old and cranky. Time to time something is broken. The AC connection is very dirty. The staffs who look after this building is not doing well on their job. Hallway smells disgusting all the time. The only good thing about this apartment is the proximity of the metro and bus. Other than that, your money is not worth it here. I would not recommend at all, and would not care to renew another contract here.”

“I recently moved out of The Belvedere residences and I couldn't be happier with my experience there. The quality of maintenance and support from the staff was exceptional. Any issues I had were promptly addressed and resolved, making my living experience stress-free. The staff was always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. I highly recommend The Belvedere for anyone looking for a well-maintained and supported living environment. Thank you, Belvedere team, for making my stay there a wonderful one!”

“Not good management , swimming pool was close for one week maintenance, now they removed mention , should be open from 8 am to 8 pm , I came at 8.30 it was cleaning process , they told come in one our , after one hour and half I came again , swimming pool was closed , I came to manager and asked why , he called to someone told to open it and he said it s not a big problem, when I finally came again water in pool was not clean , even my white swimming suite torn brown , not big deal ??”
