“Horrible place to live. I am so happy and at peace i left the place. The building is infested with all kinds of pests and be aware of all the troubles you can face living here. Most of them are bachelor accomodations with atleast 24 people living in a one bed apartment so its Dirty in every way and the Management is pathetic and dont care, they act unaware of these. They will do all kinds of "circus" in the end to not to give back your security deposit and if possible to lure more too. i wish i could do a minus rating.”

“This is by far my worst experience with any building and Middle East real estate agency management. Absolutely no maintenance in the building, unprofessional management and you can forget about the deposit. They will cheat you with false claims, promise to fix something before you move in and once you finalise they will make you run behind them. Posting this for anyone checking on them on reviews, so you don’t waste your time, money and effort and have a bad living and moving out experience.”

“One of the worst management, DEWA bill is very high , no maintenance at all . Only happy about house keeping staff. Not for family’s , it’s kingdom of bachelors . No recommendations for families, I’m so happy that I left it .”

“This building is under Middle East Real Estate LLC. Biggest fraud broker i have ever seen. Took all my cheques and kept with them for 1 week and lied to me that they have made contract under my name. Finally now another person is staying there. With other broker service. Worst service.”
