“Horrible place to live. I am so happy and at peace i left the place. The building is infested with all kinds of pests and be aware of all the troubles you can face living here. Most of them are bachelor accomodations with atleast 24 people living in a one bed apartment so its Dirty in every way and the Management is pathetic and dont care, they act unaware of these. They will do all kinds of "circus" in the end to not to give back your security deposit and if possible to lure more too. i wish i could do a minus rating.”

“This is by far my worst experience with any building and Middle East real estate agency management. Absolutely no maintenance in the building, unprofessional management and you can forget about the deposit. They will cheat you with false claims, promise to fix something before you move in and once you finalise they will make you run behind them. Posting this for anyone checking on them on reviews, so you don’t waste your time, money and effort and have a bad living and moving out experience.”

“This building doesn't even deserve the rating, please do not rent out any flat in the building. The fire alarm in the building is not functional neither the CCTV or security cameras are installed. Building is managed by Middle East Real Estate company which is utter nonsense and bunch of liars.. DO NOT trust anything what they say including the top to bottom management everyone is lying. In fact advising tenants not to inform people who come to see apartment, putting people lives at risk which they don't even care. In case of fire or any emergency no alarms will work and it will cause a disaster . apart from that most of the flats are sharing which have created more issues.”

“Awful, so happy I left this place. Full of cockroaches and that's just the people, then you've got the actual cockroaches all over the building. Absolutely disgusting place to live, also the fire alarms don't work. God help them if they ever have a fire. Building needs demolishing.”
