“OLD Building, but very very spacious floor area. Closed kitchen 2 baths for 1 Bedroom and the largest balcony ever. But maintenance is not good, dirty lobby. repair men are on call though. It is one of the cheapest in Tecom so you can't really complain. The building has a grocery, ladies salon, barber shop, laundry shop. The pool is also very huge and offers swimming lessons.”

“AC is a problem here always malfunctioning, plus the staff are not responding at all. I don’t recommend living here.”

“the 1 start is on the built quality of the building. because it is an old building the 1 bhk are pretty big. but the maintenance is really really bad. the worst is the real-estate company which manages it. they really don't listen to your complains .. really dint have a good experience in this place.”
