From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“This building consists of two towers — one designated for residential use and the other for offices. One of its key advantages is the comparatively better rental rates than nearby buildings in Barsha Heights. It also features separate restrooms for men and women and ample paid parking space. The overall environment is pleasant and well-maintained.”
