“Occupation is of a three-bedroom corner unit that enjoys an uninterrupted Marina outlook and good natural light. Traffic noise is absent from this position, yet the mosque loudspeaker on the opposite side is extremely loud. The kitchen is undersized and of poor quality. Cooling leaks above the kitchen ceiling occur repeatedly. Toilets are of low quality and emit odours. The cooling system itself is noisy and aged. Heavy rainfall causes water to enter through the windows. The swimming pool is too small for proper use. The parking entrance is narrow. Congestion is lower in this part of Marina than elsewhere. No visitor parking exists within the building, although public spaces outside are generally available except on weekend afternoons and evenings. (Positives: Full Marina view. Negatives: Smell & bad bathrooms.)”
