DMCC Metro station is a 11-minute walk, and the Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram stop is 2 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 141 places to eat, 25 shops and 16 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 69k a year for a studio.
