“Nice location and nice building! However, a Russian speaking lady at the management office is very rude and not professional at all. I was shocked that such an unprofessional person could be given such a high position to work in a such a nice building! Higher management, kindly look at your office training and simple social skills to talk to tenants! It is a shame that such a beautiful and nice building has such an unprofessional and incompetent staff in the office. Please!”

“Building Managment mismanaging funds, refusing to refill gas and hot water even though tenants are paying everything on time. Windows not cleaned in years on time, full of smears and dirt. When calling for help to Managment, they will laugh at you, not take you serious and give excuses, but not tell the actual truth. Done my complaint with Dubai rest app. Will follow up with land department.”

“The security of this building are among the rudest and most unprofessional I’ve dealt with. No soft skills at all. You feel like you walk into a gang headquarters not a respectable building mainly because of the behavior of security (the ones I dealt with are called Naveed and Adnan). In all fairness, the manager of the building is decent and the staff in general are friendly they just need to do something about the security’s behavior as well as their people and communication skills.”
