“Property-management shortcomings are numerous”

“Property-management shortcomings are numerous. RERA requirements are disregarded above the sixty-first storey. No formal escalation route exists, leaving residents obliged to accept whatever decision the property manager reaches. Verbal commitments are not honoured; rules are altered at will and are sometimes applied differently to different individuals according to administrative convenience. (Positives: Location. Negatives: Management doesnt follow RERA above 61st floor.)”
