“Clean building well maintained, Quiet, Security always available, shared places no over crowding. Overall value for money. With a Park outside for children, Mosque next to the Park, Al Qiyadah metro is 5-10 mins walk and bustop C-09 bus , bakery, Parking , Gym's , cafe's, restaurants, supermarket, Nesto 5-10min mins , Al Falaj 5 mins and other grocery and supermarkets within range.”

“I'm currently living inside this building right now and it's really nice on the corridors, it's pretty noisy on the top floor of the corridor. It's a really quiet and chill place, the rooms are pretty decent, A chill exterior style with it's cousin block A. I'm living in block B and it's really nice and the block A, is like the block B building but it's backwards. 10/10”
