The nearest Metro is Dubai Internet City, about 3 minutes on foot, with the Al Sufouh tram stop 12 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 62 places to eat, 15 shops and 6 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 76k a year for a 1 bed.

“We lived in DJT for almost 5 years, and it really is a Jewel in this city. There has been no complaints ever in terms of maintenance,hospitality and security thanks Ameenah, Biswas, Ranjan, Suman and all the other security team. This really is one of the best building to live in. It will always have a piece of my heart❤️”

“I really enjoyed living in Dubai Jewel Tower❤️. The building is always clean, safe, and well maintained, and the staff work hard every day to keep everything organized and comfortable for residents.
The whole team, led by Ameena, was always helpful and professional, and you can really feel that they care about the building and the people living there. Thank you for a very comfortable stay 🙏”

“This building called Dubai Jewel Tower is very beautiful and very tall. This building is located next to the Two Seasons Hotel Apartment. It is very beautiful to see. Inside this building, there is a supermarket called Four and many business establishments are located inside it. This building is very easy to come and go. It is close to the Dubai Internet City Metro Station.”

“We have been residents of Dubai Jewel Tower for 7 years now. We have nothing but praise for Ameenah as the Business Manager, and especially for the Security Team under Mohammed. They have worked hard to make sure our time in the Tower has been smooth and trouble-free and they have made the effort to get to know us personally and to look after us. They have always been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our time there, and we will miss them. It has been a highlight of our 7 years in Dubai, staying at Dubai Jewel Tower. Thank you Ameenah, and thank you Mohammed.”
