“☺️I love this building because of terrace pool, sauna and steam room and lot of other amenities in the building, road connectivity with downtown and main city areas are so accessible and easy, building is good and reasonable price of rent rather then other buildings in area so, that’s why I choose this building also my apartment size is very specious and good. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“I don’t know where to start — the building is full of problems. The most serious issue is the sound insulation — it’s one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. You can hear your neighbor coughing, laughing, talking, snoring and everything else. It feels like you’re living in a partitioned room or a shared apartment, with absolutely no privacy. The management is not cooperative at all. I’ve asked for their help several times with issues like noise from the gym, rainwater leakage, and other problems — all I get are promises with no action. Even when the authorities such as the police or municipality get involved, there’s still no solution!”

“My mistake was that I didn't read the reviews before renting this apartment. And so, the apartment constantly smells like sewage, all my clothes stink of this terrible smell, I can't eat any food while in this apartment because I feel sick from this smell. It's just awful, awful. Even when I lived in the old areas of Dubai, there was no such stench in the old buildings.”

“Just go for another building to stay, here is awful i cant write more than this; Even doesn’t deserve 1 star. In front of parking entrance+exit always busy with parked cars hard to pass every single time. Parking Brakets always broken everyone can go inside of parking and building, security is highly weak we moved to building after 5 months with a drama they updated our tenant information. Full of usefulness!They are ready to cut everything but never helpful or proactive. I barely can say facilities! They never update you whatever you should know. Fire alarms always on even 4.00 am you wake up for nothing but unnecessary fire alarms,when it rains humidity is too high in the parking …more and more”
