“A well maintained building with luxurious faculties. The maintenance and admin staff is well mannered and respectful. This building is ideal to.live in as it's located at a perfect place. Sheikh Muhammad bin Zaid and Umm e Suqeem roads are very closed to it. It takes a 10 minutes drive to reach the mall of emirates.”

“☺️I love this building because of terrace pool, sauna and steam room and lot of other amenities in the building, road connectivity with downtown and main city areas are so accessible and easy, building is good and reasonable price of rent rather then other buildings in area so, that’s why I choose this building also my apartment size is very specious and good. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“I don’t know where to start — the building is full of problems. The most serious issue is the sound insulation — it’s one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. You can hear your neighbor coughing, laughing, talking, snoring and everything else. It feels like you’re living in a partitioned room or a shared apartment, with absolutely no privacy. The management is not cooperative at all. I’ve asked for their help several times with issues like noise from the gym, rainwater leakage, and other problems — all I get are promises with no action. Even when the authorities such as the police or municipality get involved, there’s still no solution!”

“My mistake was that I didn't read the reviews before renting this apartment. And so, the apartment constantly smells like sewage, all my clothes stink of this terrible smell, I can't eat any food while in this apartment because I feel sick from this smell. It's just awful, awful. Even when I lived in the old areas of Dubai, there was no such stench in the old buildings.”
