“The Worst Management & maintenance staff you can ever face. Building has a lot of issue AC, old smelly building, Cockroaches moreover sharing apartments. 3 times within a few months AC is not working & every time you have to pay in order to fix it. When u are asking the maintenance they are trying to convince you it’s old & this is normal. I cannot blame anyone but the Management. ❌ Not recommended at all you will stuck with endless issues ❌”

“Worse maintainece I've ever experienced in 20 years. The ac doesn't work all summer, there are cockroaches by the trash shuts, walls and pavements aren't aligned, water system is old and rusty and maintainece is 0 or completely useless.. just don't make the mistake to move here.”

“This building is about 17 years old. It is in poor condition because it wasn’t built properly in the first place. It isn’t maintained well and substantially lacks parking. There’s very little privacy, it’s like you’re being spied on by the building watchman and security, who report every little thing to the owners. They are unfriendly, aggressive and unhelpful. Horrible place to live!!”

“This the worst building ever.dont get flat here. All security guard are rude, invading your privacy and the worst is you have to pay for the maintenance every time you ask for repair especially the AC. It cost for each repair a minimum of 150aed 😡.Theres a lot of building now in arjan,dont you ever dare to get flat here,sooner you will regret like mine.”

“BEWARE!!! Do not move in to this building if you want to suffer due to poor conditions of the AC's. In the summer its a nightmare to live here. The building management has appointed a maintenance team - E&A Technical services who does not do their job properly. The moment they come to fix your AC, I can assure you that you will be seeing them almost every month. They advise you to keep the AC on through out the summer day and night, which does not make sense at all. Make sure you are present when they fix your AC with new parts as I don't think they do not use new parts, instead they use old stock from their inventory or used parts from their previous jobs. For a 2 BHK flat this building has a smaller capacity of 1.5 ton unit which serves 2 bedrooms with no cooling at all. Hall AC is powerful but no guarantee how long it will last as the units are probably 10 years plus and not in good condition. The AC's conditions are very poor, I insist you visit the terrace and have a look at the outdoor units conditions if you want to move in here. Some of the owners have installed an additional AC unit to the bedrooms which are worthy of living, make sure you have a look on that. The rooms are very spacious here but the building is pretty old compared to surroundings. Thank you for your time, and DO LIKE THIS REVIEW SO OTHERS DO NOT SUFFER and move elsewhere. :)”

“One of the worst buildings in the area, dirty hygiene, poor security, especially the working attitude of the security staff. One evening after work, I was blocked by someone blocking the parking entrance. While the night shift security guy was there, he had no intention of solving the problem. After I wanted to call the police and request to extract the camera, he said that the camera system was not working and then used rude words and threats to cancel my rental contract”
