“The gym and pool remain outdated and in poor condition”

“Overall construction quality is low. The gym and pool remain outdated and in poor condition. Cooling units fail repeatedly, tiles and surface finishes are of inferior quality, and worktops stain readily. (Positives: Close to a supermarket. Negatives: Poor maintainance.)”
