“The agent by name Farooq initially give a good feedback about this building, I was wondering why they have such a bad reviews but he covered up saying they are fake, wrong doing people thrown out are writing bad reviews. Let me give my clear review of this building - The overall maintenance of building is bad, property management company do not want to spend anything. We stayed for a year and when we left the apartment getting back their security deposit was a nightmare. I had to write tons of email, calls and repeated follow up, after 2+ months I got my money back, but after a hefty deduction of cleaning and maintenance. There was no inspection done when we left, they simply deducted when t…”

There was no inspection done when we left, they simply deducted when the payout is done. Mr Ramsheed is just avoiding any appearance and giving unnecessary excuses to anything like these. The other manager Mr Youness do not want to get his hand dirty and play behind the scenes. Be careful with this building.”

“If Google had option I would have given negative rating to this apartment It’s worst apartment to stay, Management is only concern about Money they don’t take any responsibility and doesn’t even revert. They don’t even intend return back Security Deposit. Whole building is filled with cocroch and Management is super manipulation Specially Yoonus and Dey lie about all the amenities which is not der.”

“I stayed at Hessa Home for a year until the landlord unexpectedly increased the rent by 10K for the following year. I moved out over a month ago and am still struggling to retrieve my security deposit. The management has been extremely unprofessional, each time I call, the person in charge assures me it will be ready in a few days, yet nothing happens. It is unacceptable that they withhold deposits even when a new tenant moves in just a week after the previous one leaves. The only positive aspect of this building is its location. However, it is poorly maintained, with a persistent cockroach infestation regardless of cleanliness. The management does not appear to conduct regular hygiene or pest control measures, making it an unpleasant living environment.”

It’s important to note that this is not an exclusively family-oriented building. Many of the apartments are shared accommodations, attracting a diverse mix of tenants. While this setup may suit individuals or groups looking for shared living spaces, it might not be ideal for families seeking a more private and quiet environment. Overall, Hessa Home Apartments offers the advantage of a central location and modern infrastructure, but prospective tenants should weigh these benefits against the maintenance concerns and the mixed tenant profile before making a decision.”
