“Terrible management. Two years ago, the management was much better. At least they would respond to requests and try to help. Now you message this person and he cannot even explain things properly. He is rude and has no communication skills or basic manners. On top of that, with the new management there is no room cleaning anymore. When you ask when the room will be cleaned, he says that the cleaner is not going to stay in your room all day. The building is always dirty. Elevators are dirty. There are always cockroaches in the building. I even had to do pest control myself. Special attention should be given to the air conditioners. They smell like mold and humidity. There is mold appearin…”

There is mold appearing in the room because of the AC system. When you ask the manager to fix the air conditioner, he responds: “Everything works, why are you complaining?” Draw your own conclusions. For the amount of money they are asking, you can easily find much better conditions and a better building elsewhere. I do not recommend this place.”

“Very dangerous situation Someone threw a large piece of glass from the upper floor of the building, and it could have fallen on someone’s head and caused a serious injury. Unfortunately, the building management is careless in many ways, and the building is very disorganized with too many people living together in the same apartment. There is also no proper security in the building like in any well-managed building where security asks for Emirates ID from everyone entering. This negligence puts the safety of residents and visitors at risk, and the management should take immediate action before a more serious accident happens.”

“The apartment's management is clearly negligent and irresponsible. The failure to uphold basic cleanliness standards, coupled with lax security measures that permit unauthorized individuals to enter, is unacceptable. Furthermore, their disregard for tenant concerns and apparent tolerance of illegal activities reflect a lack of professionalism and commitment to tenant safety. Prospective renters should avoid this poorly managed property at all costs.”
