“Update: after living here for 6 years, we loved it so much we bought our apartment. We are now happy owners in siraj tower. No impact to electricity, elevators or parking after the heavy rains, amazing! Beautiful tower undergoing great improvements to accommodate more sustainable living conditions. Rooms and layout is outstanding. Generally very satisfied”

“Hi every one, Honestly it was a great experience to stay in Siraj Tower , great Services provided by reception and security. We have used the facilities such as swimming pool & gym in roof top and amazing view. The Tower a pretty Quite and safe with 24 hours security guard. Another point was shops, gas station and pharmacy available & accessible nearby within 5-10 min. I would like to experience it one more time in SIRAJ Tower.”

“Dubai Autodrome is located directly across the street. On weekends—and often on weekdays—track activities typically run from around 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During major events or tournaments, the noise can continue until as late as 4:00 AM. The noise level is significant and persistent, making it difficult to relax or stay at home, especially on weekends. If you work from home, value quiet, or expect normal residential noise levels, this location will be extremely frustrating. I would not recommend moving here unless you are fully aware of and comfortable with constant track noise.”

“Two, Three years ago, the building was well maintained, clean, and professionally managed. Unfortunately, over time the overall standard of management and maintenance has noticeably declined, and it is now affecting residents' daily living experience. 1. Building Cleanliness Previously, all floors were regularly cleaned and mopped, and the building consistently smelled fresh. Currently, cleaning appears to be focused mainly on the ground floor, while other floors are rarely mopped or properly cleaned. The general hygiene standard of the building has significantly deteriorated. 2. Security Conduct and Fairness There is growing concern among tenants regarding inconsistent enforcement of rules by security staff. Certain tenants appear to receive preferential treatment, while rules are strictly enforced on others. This creates an unfair and uncomfortable living environment and raises concerns about professionalism. 3. Parking Mismanagement Many residents face daily issues with parking. Vehicles belonging to outsiders and visitors frequently occupy dedicated parking spaces without consequence. When these incidents are reported, security often claims they are unable to identify the owner. However, when authorities are mentioned, the vehicles are sometimes removed shortly after. Every tenant pays rent and has been allocated a dedicated parking space, which should be respected equally by all. Unfortunately, some residents bring multiple visitor vehicles into the premises and park them overnight in different areas. In addition, some tenants do not respect adjacent spaces and park too close to others, making it difficult for residents to enter or exit their vehicles. 4. Unauthorized Access and Safety Concerns External car cleaners frequently enter the parking areas, sometimes during late hours, without clear supervision. This raises concerns among residents regarding building security and access control. 5. Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi Maintenance The swimming pool is often not cleaned adequately and sometimes contains bird droppings. The jacuzzi has also been non functional for a long period and does not appear to receive proper maintenance. 6. Overcrowding, Partitioned Flats, and Noise Issues Some flats appear to be partitioned, which may be contributing to overcrowding and increased noise levels on certain floors. These concerns have been raised by residents but do not appear to have been addressed effectively. All residents, regardless of profession, vehicle type, or background, should be treated equally and fairly. No tenant should be above the rules. Respect for shared facilities, parking allocations, and community standards is essential for peaceful living. Very Disappointing many tenants moving out from this place and we will too because there are so many new properties already opened and many more to open soon in this area.”
