“In essence the proprietors recognise the deficient construction quality yet choose merely to conceal defects with paint rather than correct them—a serious difficulty for occupants. Weekend time must be sacrificed because the workforce ceases activity after five o’clock; either unpaid leave is required for even minor repairs or presence on Saturday becomes necessary. (Positives: Good view. Negatives: Worst maintenance.)”
