“It's on good location, near from Sunrise Supermarket and other groceries too. Metro station is only 8 ... 10 minutes far away by walking. Apartments, 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom Apartments . Car pick up comes just in front of entrance for any duty locations inside Dubai. All together it's good for Middle-class paycheck workers/ employees. Available for families. For your satisfaction go and explore, thank you.”

“Quiet, suburban Oud Metha is known for ice-skating, bowling and swimming at Al Nasr Laserland and playing football at the future Al-Maktoum Stadium. Classical concerts are organized at Sheikh Rashid Auditorium and there are peaceful gardens at the Ismaili Centre in Dubai. Korean barbecue dinners, seafood restaurants, and elegant tea shops line the streets, along with convenient shops and a handful of mid-range hotels.”
