“Zabeel plaza is run and owned by the owners of the American Hospital Dubai. Its used as staff accommodation. It is about 15 mins walk to the hospital but there's a hospital shuttle throughout the day as well. It's quite secured with receptionists 24/7. The apartments are also well maintained although they are quite basic. The location is also great as there are so many restaurants and groceries stores within the surrounding area. All in all it's quite basic but very convenient and well maintained.”

“This place has quickly become a favorite of mine. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and unwind. Beyond the location itself, I'm particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the surrounding area. The nearby roads are well-maintained and free of litter, which adds to the overall positive impression. pen_spark”
