“Intercom has been broken for over a month now and Emaar are doing nothing about it. Security guy is barely there and you have to go down and open the main door when you order something. Super inconvenient. And SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN EMAAR. Bathrooms in apartments are old as well and need renewal.”

“The best building & community Ive been staying in Dubai. Both are being managed by EMAAR themselves, thats why everything is very clean and works as swiss watch. Also the building was built during EMAAR's prime time (2007), so the quality is top notch. Their latest developments are affected by "cut the cost" policies.”

“Went to meet a friend. A good place to live in Dubai. Near most IT offices. Nicely maintained apartment, good kids play area on backside. A well maintained public park with water bodies on back side, secure access from apartment.”
